Bardo Flex Enhanced BCR Satin Buffs

You will be amazed with the extended
life that you will received from
Bardo Flex Enhanced BCR Satin Buffs.
Whether you are applying satin
finishes on aluminum extrusions,
brass faucets, covers and fittings
or even zinc die cast faucets that
have been nickel plated these
chemically treated satin finish
buffs can be used with a few
sections on a spindle OR we can make
a set for you, including spacers!
Therefore, you just remove the "set"
from the box and slide the "set"
across your up to 20" wide (or
however wide you need the "set" to
be) spindle!
8" OD x 3" ID 4 ply S/C Med does a
fantastic job of graining on
stainless with a right angle
grinder, or a variable speed hand
tool! In general, the S/C Med
Enhanced BCR does a tremendous job
on stainless steel at providing food
grade finishes to stainless.
They possess a super fast cut rate,
with minimal pressure being applied,
and last significantly longer can
conventional satin metal clinch ring
buffs!
Bardo Flex Enhanced Flap Wheels

These chemically treated flap Wheels
are quite the bargain! You will only
pay 15% extra from standard Bardo
Flex Flap Wheels, but you may
receive up to 50% longer life!
One application saw these wheels
increase life by 50% on zinc die
cast tri-chromed + nickel plated
parts in a 16" OD wheel and in small
4" OD wheels on stainless steel
sinks they outlasted conventional
flap brushes by over 50%!!
If you use, or have customers who
use, standard flap brushes in any
size from 4" OD up to 16" OD in face
widths less than 14", you absolutely
have to see for yourself how much
faster these wheels cut + how much
longer they last BUT will be
pleasantly surprised how reasonably
priced they are!
They are available up to 14" wide,
in 1/4" increments and in the
following sizes in A/O + S/C VFN,
FN, MED & CRS:
4" OD x 1" ID
6" x 2"
8" x 3"
10" x 5"
12" x 5"
14" x 8"
16" x 8" & 10"
Bardo Flex Enhanced Interleafs

You will notice
immediately how fast the cut rate is
on Bardo Flex Enhanced Interleafs,
partly due to the 2 cloth backed
caoted abrasive strips but mostly
the treatment that is added!
You can have either S/C or A/O
between the two strips of sandpaper,
depending on the metal you are
finishing! Stainless steel generally
requires S/C, while A/O is commonly
used for work on brass, aluminum or
zinc die cast.
You will enjoy how little pressure
is necessary to make these wheels in
80 grit-J with S/C Medium between
apply #4 RMS or food grade finishes
to stainless steel !
By utilizing minimal pressure, you
will allow these chemically treated
wheels to break down slower and
therefore last a long, long time!
Right now, they are available up to
14" in 1/4" increments in 4", 6", 8"
& 10" OD's, but we have the ability
to make up to 16" OD!
