For sanding
lineal MDF moldings successfully
with Bardo Flex Sanding wheels, you
will need a sanding setup that
consists of board being powerfed
underneath a rotating sanding
wheel(s) that is(are) lowered onto
the board surface. Our customers
have enjoyed success using the
following Bardo Flex Sanding wheels:
Raw MDF and Primed
MDF Sanding Scenarios

dense wheel which makes shaping it
harder than the other wheels.

The 280 grit KW

testing (1) KW wheel on one side
head and (1) Alox VFN C-6 treated
wheel on the other side head and
compare finishes.

your boards a nice semi-gloss
finish. One note to remember, that
your feed rates will also vary
depending on the width of the board
your running. Please contact us to
help you in determining the proper
feed rates.
* Wheel width
