Bardo Flex Woodworking Wheels are polyurethane foamed wheels with either Garnet or Silicon Carbide, and they are the hardest wheels available for sanding knife marks off raw boards only.

• Closed workface on sanding wheels = non loading

• Sands on double-end tenenors, throughfeed sanding machines & verticle spindle sanders

• Rotate 8" OD wheels 800 - 1000 Rpm range when sanding on hardwoods

• 1700 Rpm acceptable speed for sanding on MDF & pine

• 4 densities available - Xtra High (KW), High (HD), Low (JL) & Soft (SD)

• Rotate sanding heads slower & INTO direction of feed for optimum sanding

Bardo Flex Blend/Finish Wheels are soft, spongy convolute wheels with an open mesh construction that allows makes them ideal to sand in several applications.

• Medium & Coarse grits ideal for stripping coatings

• Fine grit provides finishes after Woodwheels sanded knife marks off

• Cleans up mill marks too much for Interleaf Flapwheels on poplar & bass louvers, plus MDF lineal mouldings

• Forgiving wheels that automatic sanding machine settings need not to be absolutely perfect

• Available in both Silicon Carbide & Aluminum Oxide
